เรื่องย่อ

เรื่องราวเริ่มจากคู่ครอง กวิน (ศุกลวัฒน์ คณารศ) หนิง (นิษฐา คูหาเปรมธุระ) รวมทั้ง อิง บุตรสาววัย 7 ขวบ ที่ตกลงใจย้ายออกจากบ้านเพื่อไปอาศัยอยู่ที่คอนโดมีเนียม รวมทั้งปลดปล่อยบ้านให้คนมาเช่า จวบจนกระทั่งมีผู้เช่าอย่าง กลางคืน (เพ็ญพักตร์ ศรีกุล) แพทย์วัยปลดเกษียณ แล้วก็ นุช บุตรสาววัย 40 คู่แม่ลูกที่มองพิศดารมาขอเช่าห้องข้างหลังนี้ นับจากนั้นก็มีเรื่องมีราวแปลกเกิดขึ้น
