เรื่องย่อ

ตำรวจก็ได้เจอศพของเจสันแล้วก็พาไปห้องดับจิตของโรงหมอ Friday the 13th  แล้วอยู่ๆก็ฟื้นขึ้นมาเฉยเมย ฟื้นขึ้นมาสิ่งเดียวน้อยเกินไป ยังไปฆ่าผู้ดูแลห้องดับจิตอีก ยอดเยี่ยมในความเป็นจริงแล้วได้หนีออกมาจากโรงหมอ ไปบุกบ้านคนระแวกนั้น แล้วก็ได้ไปฆ่าแม่ของทอมมี่ ทอมมี่ก็เลยคิดแนวทางชักจูงเจสัน แล้วก็ได้อาศัยจังหวะวุ่นวาย ฉวยโอกาสใช้มีดฟันหน้าของเจสัน จนถึงเจสันได้ตายจริงๆเด็กที่ฆ่าเจสันในวันนั้นสู่หนุ่มน้อยในวันนี้ ได้มีความผิดธรรมดาทางด้านจิตจำต้องส่งไปศูนย์ดูแล

รวมทั้งสิ่งที่คาดไม่ถึงก็เกิดขึ้น เนื่องจากว่าเจสัน  Friday the 13th  ได้ปรากฏและก็กระทำการฆาตเกลื่อนกลาดรรมบุคคลในศูนย์ที่นั้น ซึ่งในหน้ากากไม่ใช่เจสัน แต่ว่าเป็นฆาตเกลื่อนกลาดรเอาอย่างศพของเจสัน มิได้หายไปไหนแต่ว่าถูกฝังอยู่ที่ป่าช้าแห่งหนึ่ง ทอมมี่ก็เลยขุดที่ฝังศพนั้นขึ้นมา เพื่อเอาแท่งเหล็กไปทิ่มแทงที่ร่างกายซึ่งไม่มีวิญญาณของเจสัน แต่ถ้าว่าแท่งเหล็กนั้นมี คุณลักษณะสำหรับเพื่อการล่อฟ้า ก็เกิดเหตุปาฏิหาริย์เกิดขึ้นโดยได้มีสายฟ้าฟาดมายังร่างของเจสัน ส่งผลให้เขาฟื้นขึ้นมา แต่ว่าไม่ใช่แค่รู้สึกตัวปกติสายฟ้านั้นยังมีผลให้เจสันเปลี่ยนเป็นอมนุษย์ที่ไม่มีทางตายอีกด้วย
