แต่เวลาเดียวที่ชัชจะโชว์เหนือทำตัวเป็นพี่ได้ก็คือ น้องพี่ที่รัก  ตอนที่มีคนมาจีบเจน ชัชจะไล่หนุ่มๆ พวกนั้นหนีหายไปหมดเป็นเหมือนการเอาคืน ทำให้เจนต้องปิดบังความรักระหว่างเธอกับ โมจิ (นิชคุณ หรเวชกุล) ชายหนุ่มลูกครึ่งญี่ปุ่นสุดเพอร์เฟค เพราะเจนไม่อยากให้ความรักครั้งนี้พังยับด้วยน้ำมือของพี่ชัชเหมือนที่ผ่าน แต่ความรักไม่ใช่ความลับ ชัชรู้จนได้ว่าเจนกับโมจิแอบคบกัน แล้วมีเหรอที่ชัชจะยอมปล่อยผ่าน เพราะไม่ว่าอะไรที่ทำให้น้องสาวมีความสุข พี่ชายที่แสนดีอย่างชัชจะไม่มีวันยอมให้เกิดขึ้นแน่นอน!!

ตั้งแต่เด็ก ชัช (ซันนี่ กาญจน์ปัญญาความสนุก) คิดมาตลอดว่าน้องที่อยู่ในท้องแม่เป็นน้องชาย พอเพียงถึงวันที่แม่คลอดแล้วเปลี่ยนเป็นน้องสาว ชัชก็เลยเซ็งระดับสิบ ความฝันที่กำลังจะได้เล่นหุ่นยนต์และก็เตะบอลแมนๆกับน้องก็จบไป เนื่องจากว่าเล่นกับไอ้เจน (ญาญ่า อุรัสยา เสปอร์บันด์) ทีไร มันก็ร้องไห้งอแงทุกครั้ง ตั้งแต่เด็กจนถึงโต ชัชกับเจนตีกันได้ ทุกเรื่อง

น้องพี่ที่รัก เนื่องจากว่าเจนมักจะทำตัวเสมือนเป็นแม่มากยิ่งกว่าเป็นน้อง ส่วนชัชก็มักจะทำตัวเป็นภาระหน้าที่มากยิ่งกว่าเป็นพี่ จะมีพี่ชายใครที่แย่กว่าน้องสาวไปซะทุกด้าน ไม่ว่าจะเกิดเรื่องการศึกษาเล่าเรียน กีฬา เค้าหน้า นิสัย แข่งขันกัน อย่างไร เจนก็เพอร์เฟคกว่า เวลาเดียวที่ชัชจะโชว์เหนือประพฤติตนเป็นพี่ ก็คือขณะที่มีคนมาจีบเจน ชัชจะปฏิบัติตนกร่างไล่ชายหนุ่มๆให้หนีหายไปหมด เสมือนเป็นการเอาคืน

ตอนต้นที่พวกเราตั้งมั่นมาดูหนังเรื่อง น้อง พี่ สุดที่รัก พวกเราตั้งมั่นมาดูมุกตลกขบขันที่พร้อมสาดเข้ามาราวกับน้ำวันสงกรานต์อย่างยิ่งจริงๆ แม้กระนั้นพอสมควรหนังจบ พวกเราก็เข้าใจดีแล้วว่าภาพยนตร์ประเด็นนี้ไม่ใช่ภาพยนตร์ตลกตามแนวทางการโปรโมตสักเท่าไหร่

แต่ว่าก็มิได้รู้สึกเศร้ารึเสียดายตังค์ ที่ยอมจ่ายเพื่อจะได้เข้ามามองเลย เนื่องจากพวกเราเองก็เป็นผู้ที่มีญาติพี่น้อง และก็หนังหัวข้อนี้ก็ทำออกมาได้จี้ใจดำเอามากๆไม่ว่าจะเป็นการที่แม่รักน้องมากยิ่งกว่า หรือแม้กระทั้งจนถึงการที่น้องมีความรู้สึกว่าพวกเราเป็นคนไม่ได้การ ทั้งที่พวกเราเองก็สามารถอยู่ได้ด้วยตัวเองด้วยเหมือนกัน

ถ้าหากจะให้แยกเป็นชนิดและประเภทของ น้อง พี่ หวานใจ เป็นหนังคอมเมดี้ พวกเราไม่ค่อยจะเห็นด้วยสักเท่าไหร่ เนื่องจากโดยมากจะเป็นซีนอารมณ์ซะมากยิ่งกว่า แม้กระนั้นมันก็มิได้หนักเหลือเกิน จนกระทั่งดูแล้วรู้สึกเครียดหรอกนะ แม้กระนั้นบางฉากที่เพียงพอจะซึ้ง ก็ซึ้งซะจนถึงร้องไห้ออกมา ถึงแม้ว่าไม่คาดคิดมาก่อนว่าจำเป็นจะต้องมาเสียน้ำตาให้กับหนังมองสบายอย่างนี้

โดยรวมของเรื่องมีการเล่าราวได้ดิบได้ดี ถึงจะดำเนินเรื่องแบบเรียบไม่มีอะไรน่าระทึกใจ แต่รู้สึกชอบใจอยู่หลายตอน ไม่เสียชื่อเสียง GDH เหมือนเคย ส่วนฉากขำขันก็มิได้ขบขันสูงถึงขั้นหลุดหัวเราะ แต่ว่าก็ยิ้มไปกับมุกน่ารักน่าเอ็นดูๆได้โดยง่าย ส่วนตัวไม่คิดว่านิชคุณจะแสดงหนังเก่งเท่าไร  น้องพี่ที่รัก เนื่องจากมองจากหนังเรื่องก่อนๆก็ค่อนจะเล่นไม่ค่อยเนียน

แต่ว่าการกลับมาคราวนี้เขาแปรไปแล้วจริงๆอีกทั้งอิริยาบถ แววตา การพูด  น้องพี่ที่รัก ทำให้พวกเรามั่นใจว่านิชคุณสามารถเป็นดาราได้เช่นเดียวกัน แถมยังปลดปล่อยมุกได้อีกต่างหาก ที่ตรงนี้อาจเรียกเสียงกรี๊ดจากบรรดาแฟนๆได้อยู่เยอะมากๆ ทางญาญ่า รวมทั้งซันนี่ ก็ฟอร์มไม่ตก แสดงออกมาได้เป็นธรรมชาติ รวมทั้งยังคงคาแรคเตอร์ของตนเอาไว้ได้เหมือนเคย
